We lived in Cupertino apartment. Every year they keep increasing the rent. Our rent went up to closer to $4000 for 2bed 2bath and no AC in that apartment. We decided to buy a house and approached Anita as we know her from our church. We heard lot’s of good feedback about Anita regarding buying a  new house. She was always available to talk/chat/meet and go see the open houses. Our transaction was very very complicated one. I still not able to digest that we got this house. As we are the first time buyer, we had tons of questions. She clarified every single queries with patients. Since our lease was coming to an end we didn’t renew. We were suppose to vacate the apt around Jan ~1st week and our bank approvals didn’t happen on time. We had to vacate the apt and nowhere to go. Also, someone rented our apt already. We got this house key on Feb 29th. For Jan and Feb Anita arranged another apartment from one of her other client who bought a house from her and they were about to move there. 2 months we stayed in that apt while our household items were in the storage. It was really a very tough times with 2 kids and my husband was out of town for his work. She was making sure we are safe and secure and provided food also. She is very kind hearted. Few homes we missed because of the loan didn’t get approved at the last min. But this house we got and it’s the best of all previous houses we looked earlier. God has kept the best for us. Anita was literally with us on every single step buying this house. Actually, she was showing this house to some other client. As soon as she entered inside the house, she thought about us and our dream home. My son wanted a 2 story house and my husband wanted a good back yard and front yard. That’s exactly we got. Anita is absolutely fantastic. Detailed and thorough during inspections, knows the right questions to ask, and a pleasure to work with. Went through the process clearly and thoroughly for a first-time buyer, and her thoughts about the market were on point. Very responsive by email and phone, and extremely organized in general. The entire process from start to close went extremely well due to her experience and dedication. Would recommend whole-heartedly!

Anita spent quite a lot of time with us looking into the property before the sale, and suggested valuable things to take care of in the property before we put it up for sale. She took care of all the things including staging and it was done very neat and elegant. People liked the staged house and  we were able to sell the property quickly for a great price.
